En el Peñón combinamos la tradición, los excelentes productos del mar y las buenas manos de nuestro chef para ofrecer una cocina marinera mediterránea. Los arroces y las cazuelas de pescado son nuestra seña de identidad.
Una casa del casco antiguo, convertida en un agradable restaurante. De su fachada, como estandarte, la proa de un barco en hierro forjado nos recuerda la esencia de la historia de una ciudad de tradición marinera.

My husband said the baked turbot was very good, and the cheesecake was delicious. It's a shame that I wasn't feeling well and I was barely able to eat dinner, I couldn't try the fish casseroles because they were for 2 but they looked good.... Attentive service

This is a fantastic restaurant. Top notch service - the waiters really care about their guests experience and know what they are doing. The food is delicious too. The best paella I’ve had in Spain! The cod balls were amazing too & the salad. The wine here is carefully selected and high quality. Highly recommend

5 star service. Héctor has served us the dishes with impressive attention and delicacy. We have eaten the fritters and the monkfish "all y pebre" and they were a delight. Of course it is not cheap, but quality and attention have their price. Thank you very much for this delicious dinner in Peñíscola!
Yesterday we went to eat and they welcomed us with some olives and a delicious homemade aioli. We had some seafood clams as a starter. We had questions about which rice to choose and the waiter resolved them for us in a very friendly, patient and approachable way. Finally we chose a delicious lobster paella. It is a place worth visiting if you go to Peñiscola. Santiago's attention was unbeatable, to say that he was attentive would be an understatement. We would not hesitate to repeat the experience!! Good food and beautiful, quiet spot. But, we had to wait around twenty minutes to pay the bill, even though we went inside to ask to pay it, which was a shame because our server was very nice and caring up until that. Also we ordered tiramisu that never arrived so it was a 50/50 pleasant experience that turned sour after we finished eating. Again, a shame because before that the service was quick and professional.

A great place, with tables outside and a very nice setup. Food is delicious, the specialities are the best, first menu page, you must try the potatoes fish stew it is amazing! The waiter was great, very nice and helpfull, probably best one in spain so far.
What a great restaurant in a beautiful place on the little mountain of Peniscola. The menu has some incredible fresh seafood of very good quality and preparation. The service was just outstanding.
We went without reservation for my husband's birthday, although they are supposed to close at 3pm and it was 2.45, they told us it was no problem and showed us to a lovely table in the sun on the terrace. The waiter, Santiago was such a lovely guy, so informative, polite and professional. He took time to explain the different wines and helped us choose. We ordered the octopus,clams, large prawns and artichoke paella and it was fabulous. The service was amazing, we are only here for a couple of days but will go again if we can!
